Cencor board made eleven changes
Before the release of the film, the CBFC approved a total of 11 changes in the film. Along with this, the board has reduced the 77 second cricket match scene to 32 seconds. The committee has muted and replaced words in a total of 6 scenes of the film, apart from this, they have removed the five second dialogue “Aalu ghobhi….khate hain”. Not only this, the word ‘Gyan’ has also been removed from the film.

Directing and writing
Neeraj Ghaywan returns after “Masaan” with a film that showcases growth, maturity, and courage. Should I watch Homebound or not?
Two friends, a Muslim and a reserved category person, like millions of youth in the country, appear for government job exams and look after their family responsibilities like building a house and gaining respect in society. But their friendship faces real life challenges and how they manage them is shown in this film. If you have seen “Masaan” then you will like this film too, especially the last scene of the film which will make you very emotional.
